END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) Last Updated: April 15, 2026

LICENSE GRANT CybeLink-5 (the “Application”) hereby grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use this software on your mobile device strictly in accordance with the terms of this agreement. This license is granted to you, the user, and does not involve the transfer of any ownership rights or the provision of source code.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY The Application, including but not limited to all code, UI design, graphics, logos, and branding, is the proprietary property of the developer. You agree not to:

Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the Application.

Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Application.

Remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

NON-CUSTODIAL DISCLAIMER (IMPORTANT) CybeLink-5 is a non-custodial software tool for interacting with the Solana blockchain.

No Access to Funds: The developer does not have access to, nor stores, your private keys, seed phrases, or digital assets.

User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for safeguarding your recovery phrases. If you lose access to your keys, the developer cannot recover your funds.

No Liability: The developer shall not be liable for any loss of digital assets resulting from user error (e.g., forgotten passwords, sent to wrong address), network failures, or blockchain-related technical issues.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & RPC NODES The Application may interact with third-party decentralized protocols, Remote Procedure Call (RPC) nodes, or APIs.

No Endorsement: The developer does not control and is not responsible for the performance, uptime, or privacy practices of these third-party providers.

Independent Terms: Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

TRANSACTION FEES (GAS FEES) You acknowledge that all transactions performed on the Solana blockchain through the Application incur network fees (“Gas Fees”).

Responsibility: These fees are paid directly to the network and are the sole responsibility of the user.

Non-Refundable: The developer does not receive these fees and cannot refund any gas fees paid to the blockchain, regardless of the transaction outcome.

USAGE RESTRICTIONS You agree to use the Application only for purposes that are legal and in accordance with the Solana dApp Store Publisher Policy. Any use of the Application to engage in fraudulent activity, market manipulation, or prohibited “review farming” will result in the immediate and automatic termination of this license.
TERMINATION This license is effective until terminated by you or the developer. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any terms of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and delete all copies.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION.
