CybeLink-5: Terms of Service & Privacy Policy Effective Date: April 15, 2026

  1. DECENTRALIZED & NON-CUSTODIAL ARCHITECTURE CybeLink-5 is a decentralized application (dApp) built on the Solana Blockchain.

Non-Custodial Security: We NEVER access, solicit, or store your private keys or seed phrases. Your security is managed entirely by your chosen wallet provider.

No Centralized Database: We do not utilize a centralized server or database to store user information. All game state interactions occur directly via Solana smart contracts.

  1. DATA MINIMIZATION & “ZERO-REGULATED DATA” PLEDGE In strict compliance with the Solana Mobile Publisher Policy, we operate on a Zero-Knowledge principle:

No Regulated Data Collection: We do NOT collect, access, or store: Social Security numbers, government IDs, biometric identifiers (FaceID/TouchID), precise geolocation data, or financial account credentials (credit cards).

No PII: We do NOT collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any data revealing protected characteristics (race, religion, sexual orientation).

Public Data Only: We only interact with your public wallet address to verify $SOL/$SKR balances. This data is publicly available on the blockchain.

  1. AGE RESTRICTION & MINORS Minimum Age: By using CybeLink-5, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect any data from individuals under 18.

  2. USER RIGHTS & DATA DELETION Account Deletion: Since we do not maintain centralized accounts, “deleting an account” is achieved by disconnecting your wallet and clearing the application cache from your device settings.

Opt-out: You may stop all data interaction by simply closing or uninstalling the application.

  1. BLOCKCHAIN INTERACTION & NO-REFUND POLICY Irreversibility: All on-chain transactions involving $SOL or $SKR are final. Solana blockchain transactions cannot be canceled or reversed.

No Refunds: Any premium features (e.g., AI Hints) unlocked via blockchain interaction are non-refundable.

  1. USER-GENERATED CONTENT (UGC) & RESTRICTED ACTS UGC Policy: You agree not to submit any content (e.g., wallet nicknames) that is illegal, sexually explicit, promotes hate speech, or incites violence.

Non-Interference: CybeLink-5 does not block ads on other dApps, nor does it interfere with the security protections of the Solana Mobile hardware.

  1. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES We use standard Solana RPC providers (e.g., Helius, Triton). They process public transaction hashes per their own privacy policies. We do not control these third parties.

  2. RIGHT TO DECLINE & CONSENT Acceptance of Terms: By clicking “AGREE” or continuing to use CybeLink-5, you provide explicit, non-coercive consent to these terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately exit and uninstall the application.
