Welcome to CybeLink-5. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and the developers of CybeLink-5. By accessing, downloading, or using the CybeLink-5 mobile application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service.
SCOPE OF SERVICES CybeLink-5 provides a mobile interface for interacting with the Solana blockchain ecosystem, including but not limited to wallet integration, decentralized application (DApp) browsing, and real-time market data monitoring.
USER REPRESENTATIONS & WARRANTIES By using the application, you represent and warrant that:
Age Requirement: You are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) and have the capacity to enter into this agreement.
Sanctions: You are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country.
Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your private keys and recovery phrases. We never store or have access to your private keys.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS The “CybeLink-5” name, logo, user interface design, and all proprietary code (including modifications based on the provided content) are protected by intellectual property laws. Your use of the application does not grant you ownership. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-sublicensable license to use the app for its intended purpose.
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES (Compliance with Publisher Policy) You agree NOT to engage in any of the following:
Reverse Engineering: Attempting to extract source code, bypass security protocols, or create clones of the application.
System Interference: You shall not interfere with, disrupt, or bypass the security protections, advertising displays, or proper functions of any other applications or the Solana Mobile hardware/operating system.
Malicious Use: Using the app to distribute viruses, malware, or engage in “pump and dump” schemes or other market manipulation.
Cheating: Engaging in activity that encourages or causes cheating or affects the gameplay of other dApps.
Automated Access: Using bots or scrapers to access the service without prior authorization.
Market Risk: Cryptocurrencies are highly volatile. You acknowledge the risk of total loss of funds.
Transaction Finality: All on-chain transactions processed via the Solana network are irreversible. We cannot cancel, reverse, or refund any transaction once initiated.
Non-Refundable Policy: Any digital assets or tokens used to unlock premium features (e.g., AI Hints) are non-refundable due to the decentralized nature of the transaction.
No Advice: Nothing in the app constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice.
Restricted Content: You are strictly prohibited from submitting content that is illegal, sexually explicit, promotes hate speech, or incites violence.
Enforcement: In accordance with the Solana Mobile Publisher Policy, we reserve the right to terminate access or moderate content for users who violate these standards.
Loss of digital assets due to user error (e.g., losing private keys).
Technical failures, congestion, or downtime of the Solana network or third-party RPC nodes (e.g., Helius, Triton).
Unauthorized access to your device or wallet by third parties.
MODIFICATIONS & TERMINATION We reserve the right to modify the service or these Terms at any time. Your continued use of Cybelink-5 and subsequent versions constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We may terminate access immediately if you breach any part of these Terms.
GOVERNING LAW These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international digital commerce standards and the laws of the developer’s registered jurisdiction.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS BY CLICKING “AGREE” OR CONTINUING TO USE THE APPLICATION, YOU PROVIDE EXPLICIT, NON-COERCIVE CONSENT TO THESE TERMS. If you do not agree, you must immediately exit and uninstall the application.
